Finally an Update 2/25/2008
Got the dropmember tacked in and the control arms and rotors on. Need new air line fittings so i left the bags out for now. Not the best photo but got both sides on. Justin

You really suck you know that! Now I am just that much further behind on my blazer build. I guess some day I should at least start it Looks great, so did the top hat's of teh drop member interlock with the lower crossmember or did you just have a dimension to go by?

LOL.... ya nathan gave me some measurement for the location of the "hats". there is a gap underneath/ between them for welding.

Not yet, hoping to in a couple weeks. This weekend i'm going to start on the rear three link.
I got the axle out from under the old frame tonight, kinda wierd to see two bare frames...

UPDATE 3/24/2008
WOW its been a month since an update..... I got the upper and lower bars on and i started on the bag mounts/ tubing work heres some pictures of the progress so far. More tubing work to come, I need more steel........

Your frame is looking awesome. I can't wait to try my hand at making my own frame. Any advise on figuring out the geomentry for all of the link bars? Also, what are you using to bend your plate and tubing?
