I say the next time he comes your way have your vid cam handy record his lame attemp at a burn out and then call the Law that should put a stop to it.
Or just leave it be cuz this could turn into a bad situation with bad results like your truck being damaged by him. |

I hear bleach and a moth ball makes for a pretty nasty fire cracker when dropped into a gas tank. Never tried it so dont know for sure.
