i think the linex and the siamobnd plate match the "tough" look of the dually crew really well!

Yes, just put the tape down over the fatmat and then fiberglassed over the tape. It came out pretty easy.

wow, i just came across this thread. what an awesome box. I would love to know the overall outside dimensions of this box, specifically the bottom depth and the height from bottom to top and the top depth
