Longhorn frame question. How much longer is a longhorn frame from a longbed frame and where did they add this length?

I believe the Longhorns are built on the standard short wheelbase one ton chassis or frame.

This 72 C/20 was my grandfathers . I am the 3rd owner , owner #2 was rather rough on it . Power accessories include power brakes , thats it . Armstrong steering , with a 3 on the tree and 350 . Interior comforts consist of heater and vent wings , rather Spartan compared to todays standards .
