Have you gotten a chance to see if they will clear a rally wheel yet? I just picked-up a couple of 15X8 wheels, and they will be on the rear, but my spare is a 15X7.

Thank you.

Re: Impala disk brake brackets

Or maybe something happened that is a little more important than selling caliper brackets. Could have had a family emergency, give the guy some time.

I agree...let's not knee jerk. I am sure there's a good reason for him not replying right away. Let's hope it's not something bad.

There is another post about this subject located here http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=331907

so far bigpimp is the only one who has contacted the staff over this matter. If there is an issue with several users, we do need to know.

Re: Impala disk brake brackets

So what is up since you seem to know? Have you called him? If you did call and never got an answer then do you really know?

I would be very surprised to find out he made off with a few bucks. I could be wrong but I think yer knee-jerkin' without a really good reason.

Paypal will refund your money right away if you complain. If it's really tough for you, get your cash back. Personally, I don't think he's bolted with the little bit of cash a few of you have sent him.

Re: Impala disk brake brackets

Now I'm not trying to start anything. I hope all is well with him as well. Like I said, it's been 2 weeks with no info. If something has happened then he and his family will be in my prayers. If not, I just want my $65 or my brackets. It's like I said earlier in this post, he could have had a family emergency for all I know, I definately hope that's not the case. Just looking for some info.

Re: Impala disk brake brackets

Just tryin' to think of all the possibilities and it doesn't matter if I sent him money or not. Site supporters rarely act this way from what I've known on this site the last few years. If I am wrong and he's off to the islands with your cash, then I'll admit being wrong. Otherwise I am going to present the possibility that he might be indisposed. He could have had an accident of some sort.

Wouldn't you want someone to do that if it happened to you?

Re: Impala disk brake brackets

Gray Ghost, I agree with you 100%. I was the first one to say he deserves some time. Hopefully there wasn't an accident or something drastic. I'm figuring around 20 people ordered brackets at the most. Cant do too much with $1000 these days. I doubt he's run off to Canada or Mexico with everyones cash.

Hope everything is good with Jeremi being that he contacted you. I know sometimes members get on here on a daily basis but sometimes we dont see this site for awhile due to different circumstances. Was anything mentioned about the shipping on the brackets though? A bit concerned about my money and/or product you know?

Re: Impala disk brake brackets

Its a shame that things didnt work out like we would of wanted them to. I do thank you for refunding me my money even though I would of preferred the brackets. Oh well, to the other guys who had sent money for the item I hope everything turns out just fine for you. At this point I will just have to acquire impala/camaro brackets from someone else.
