well took the truck up the alley,first time in about 2 yrs.......all i can say is wow one tire spins with ease(355 motor/th350 3.08 rear gears,295/50/20 rear tires)geuss i'll be looking into a spool maybe....also with no bump stops in(i need new ones)it sits about 4'' off the ground aired down.......next year should finally bring in some better times,err i hope!

oh ya hit a swap meet finally this past saturday got my chrome headlight bezels and 2 near mint hood inserts for the apache hood

well i got some great news(for me anyways lol)i had a guy come look at a truck i'm parting out but there was nothing he could use so i showed him my truck then he says u should come by and see the rear fenders i have for sale.....................................a week and a half later i sell a 350 motor soooooooo i call him up half hr later go see the fenders and 2 minutes or less later i fork over the cash and load em up and get home to unload them before anything happens
now to figure out some front and rear shocks to use with my air bag set up and i'll be laughing p.s the fenders where $150 canadain each |

thanx and yes there metal not fiberglass fenders(not new either but......)
looks like its time to replace the o ring on the speedo cable lol |

k got the box back on(temporarily)looks like i gotta find a vendor that is selling the 5 bolt axles for a 68 chevy diff(pretty sure thats what i have here)the 71-72 diff is just to wide i even went with smaller tires in the rear in hopes it would work(245/45/20's and they rub when aired out)lets see if i can ad another teaser shot......
