Sorry for the missed call. We try to get them all but mess up. We open at 12:30-1:00pm to 8pm m-f and 8-7 on saturday. Sometimes we are in the shop working and don't hear the phone.

I did leave a message both times w/name and nbr.
I have been working by myself for the last 35 years and always have a problem hearing the phone, but all calls are returned within the hr. I am toast without that communications

Sorry they weren't returned but we do get quite a large number calls from all over the country and unfortunately we miss some. We are trying not to but it does happen. Jennifer is here weekdays with some exceptions such as emergencies and we have been sending quite a few shipments out the last few weeks so she has been running to the PO. It just got missed. My cell is 832-452-2865 and most of the time I have it on me.

I got the roll pan in record time! there was a bend in the corner of the pan but that looks like it mightve been from shipping and easily repairable.
