As far as a manual box goes, I would say that there is a little play in the wheel but not bad.

I am not sure of either and I can not check at this time. We are getting nailed with a pretty good snow storm and they are in the shed which is covered in snow. I can probably get to them by the weekend.

Here are pics of the horns and lenses. It appears that one of the horns may be origional and one probably not. The lenses are in good shape, no cracks just a scuff or two as you can see in the picture.
