Specs... Let me see if I can remember this correctly. The wheels are Boss 338 18" all the way around. 18x8 in the front with 18x9.5 rear with 5 1/4" BS.
The tires I went with are the new BFG T/A KDW. The fronts are 245-40 ZR18 and the rears are 285-40-ZR18.

I could have went with a larger diam. wheel but I decided to jump on the group discount for these. I am happy with them just need to finish up the front end (need a small spacer to allow the wheel cap to fit).

Wow... I am not sure off the top of my head. If you search for Boss 338 group buy I think it still has the dimensional information posted.
Next time I'm the garage I will measure it for you. The only bad thing with these rims are the hub design. They do not fit over the stock rotor unless you machine down the journal to fit them. It's a pain but I know someone that owns a machine shop and they machined mine for free.

theres a guy on here I think its mcbassin? thats making a cap spacer for these wheels out of aluminum they look good and it fixes the issue with the hub check him out ,not that you need it now but for future reference.

I finally have the front fit up and most of the gaps figured out. I have some wheel well issues that need to be taken care of but for the most part everything came together well. Let me know what you all think.
Also if anyone has some information on using the trailer fenders for new wells give me some pointers on what you did to make them work.

Yeah, that looks nice!

I've got my stock inner fenders half bolted in, and even though I haven't put the truck back on the ground yet, I know I'm going to have to put taller bumpstops on the front so the tires won't rub.

Yea the fenders are far from what they used to be. The door is a repop and it seams to have a flat curve to it so it doesn't line up as nice as I would like it to.

It has been a while since I made an update but better late than never. The kids have kept me busy with sports and work has been very busy lately so no much has been done. I decided to fit the bed today to see how everything lines up. It was a little tricky to get rigged into place by myself but I got it eventually.
The lines look pretty good but my rear end is not centered at all. I am going to get it up on jack stands and adjust the panhard bar to move it into the correct position.
I did have to clearance the bed floor to allow the rear end housing to rise up at full dump. I will build a tunnel after I get some other things done.
I am planning on putting the battery in the bed with the pumps and tank to help keep the engine bay clean.

If anyone has a link to some battery/air ride setup's mounted in the beds please let me know. I am also looking for some links on stock gauge cluster mods to accept aftermarket gauges.

Lookin' good!

I've finally decided my air ride stuff. One compressor on each side, behind the cab tied to two 3 gallon tanks behind the seat. Then I'm running a 1/2" line to my valves mounted up on the radiator support. It's a little complicated but it's looking more and more like it will be my primary vehicle next year.

I had to get the bed on to see what I need to cut out or rework to allow the truck to lay out. I have a buddy going to wire the truck over the winter so hopefully by spring early summer I might have a running truck.
