Re: Custom Models
Either would work if you have a couple you can spare. I have some parts I can trade that I know you can use.

Re: Custom Models
Here's my most custom one so far. It's a 1970 Plymouth Roadrunner/GTX/Satellite done up as my version of "HAMMER".

Re: Custom Models
Here's the one many of you will love. It's a 1/12 1957 Chevy Bel Air. I built it up as a 70's street machine.

Re: Custom Models
Here's one more that I found going through my folders. I no longer have this one, but it's sweet anyways. AMT 1974 GTX done "Moonshiner" style. It's an older build so not much detail, but still cool as hell.

Re: Custom Models
I just noticed that the shifter in my 74 GTX looks like a chromed hand grenade.

Re: Custom Models
There are a lot of nice looking models in here. I think I might try and get the 72 GMC and some dually model truck and try building a rollback.

Re: Custom Models
If you are wanting to do a dually conversion, the best kit for it is the Monogram Ford F-350. It's fairly easy to find and still reasonably cheap compared to the other dually kits on the market.

These are pre paint shots. It's a 69 427 SS Nova.
The backhalf, subframe connectors and 3 inch exhaust are scratch built... Chuck

The rear wheel wells have been stretched a scale 4 inches because of the 18x33 Firestones...

Re: Custom Models
Custom Camper, did you build that rollback bed or did you buy it from somewhere?

Re: Custom Models
Everything behind the cab is scratch built. I built another one for a friend and might have to build 2 more for other friends...

Re: Custom Models
What did you make your bed out of. I was thinking of using popsicle sticks. I got an idea planned out in my mind on how I would build the frame and the bed and make it tilt and everything, now I just need to get a couple of kits and try it out.

Everything is made from plastic. I got flat sheets, round tube and C channel from a hobby shop...
