edit: also mine will most likely not be adjustable unfortunately, but i will not have more than the cost of new bushings into it (and possibly a mounting bracket).
Typically its a 24" bar but keep me posted as i have other lengths available.

jeff Once I get that # I'll pm you my specs then you will have it to work with...

my rear is bagged with a 2 1/2" C notch in the stock spring location and I plan to use the stock frame hanger and goto the trailing arm

maybe someone else has the same spec and can grab the measurement for me??

No problem the bars we make are 24 inch and 27 inch are the most common.

Re: How about the new double adjustable trac bars that came out?

Jeff I took a measurement from my stock frame mount to the inside of the trailing arm....the # I came up with is 36" eye to eye leaving room for a bracket on the inside of the arm...not sure how close to ride height I am since its in the garage surrounded by crap.....but I think I'm pretty close.....

is this something that you would/could make up or....heres a good Idea..maybe you guys could come up with a kit that one end is fabbed up and then it could be cut to fit your application??

thanx
the other Jeff

oh and then we would have a bit of adjustment to fine tune??

Ok we might be in buisness! I mass produce one ready to go right now at 35" inches center to center on the bungs. This sounds like a winner!

Re: How about the new double adjustable trac bars that came out?

I could probably fab my bracket to make up the diff......after I posted this I was thinking that it maybe longer than that....why wouldn't I move the factory hanger to the opsite side fram rail.....I need to keep my wheels as square to the body as I can...the prostreet tires arn't going to be that forgiving when it comes to side travel...I'll have to get back to you as I work though the build.. do you have a list of pre fab lengths??...thank you for your time!!

Re: How about the new double adjustable trac bars that came out?

I see you guys don't sell 6" rear lowering springs? I couldn't find the bolt-in cnotch on your site either. I need a kit like this without the spindles, 1/6 drop, and a couple of c-notches.

Re: How about the new double adjustable trac bars that came out?

Hopefully I'll be in touch soon. I saw your ad in custom classic trucks and now to see that you are a sponsor on this board is great. I have a 71 chevy shortbed and I'm looking at getting the front and rear suspension package and the deluxe trac bar kit. I would like to get the front and rear disc brake kit too but one thing at a time. I have to do some more research to see exactly how much drop I want and how much I can spend but knowing you're a vendor, I'll definitely be getting my suspension parts from you.

Jeff,

I tried to order one of your dual adjust trac bars today, I was told the order could not be processed or shipped for a week! Is that typical lead time?

Re: How about the new double adjustable trac bars that came out?

Just got off phone with Jeff at CPP, GREAT GUY! Understood my delema, my lack of planning, took my order, promised to get in mail TODAY! I dont recommend everyone try to rush their order, but Jeff will get more business from me going forward!

Just to be honest, I was not even aware of CPP until this week....Been using another vendor...
