Re: 1971 4x4 blazer parts
tjsblazer: Both of the rolling chassis blazers are auto. The one that was in pieces was a 4 speed.
lks dcvn: I will post pics etc. when I pick up the second blazer, it's mostly a tub with top on. Thanks, Sharpie Last edited by sharpie1972; 01-21-2010 at 04:12 PM. |

Re: 1971 4x4 blazer parts
Dennis you have so much stuff it is hard to keep up with. Do you still have the wood grain tach dash with the broken bezel? If so how much ?
Always appreciate you Paul

Re: 1971 4x4 blazer parts
Too much stuff: No 4x4 oil dipstick at this time.
Eddie: A.C. housing is cracked where vacuum canister mounts. I can pull the tape and get additional pics if you are still interested. Thanks, Sharpie |

Re: 1971 4x4 blazer parts
Thanks sharpie for being nice.... my post was not to smart at best. Floor shift is for the 4wd . anyway cant afford the column right now, and the "skins" that I were wrongly describing are the white door panels. Does any one know if they would fit on my 68 panel truck? They look the same. Anyway I wanted to wait and see if you get your asking price, but if not and your willing to come down any I'll see if I can convince the banker to release some funds. I've been laid off for a year and she wont let me buy anything. But some deals are too good to pass up. Thanks again.

Re: 1971 4x4 blazer parts
68 C-10 panel: The door panels will fit your 68 panel no problem. I can go $65 shipped if you can get the banker to release funds! I wish I could come down more, but shipping charges have gone through the roof on bigger items. Thanks, Sharpie

tnblazerk5: A few more pics. I'm sure the paper gaskets leaked quite often. I'm more of a manifold guy myself, but I believe there are some pretty good upgrades as far as header gaskets go. These were not on the Blazer very long. Sharpie

Re: 1971 4x4 blazer parts
Ok I think I can manage that, but I know that will be all for a while. So I may as well ask, did that include the armrests? The previous owner took all the door stuff off. I need all the stuff, the armrests, the screws, window crank handles, and the little plastic washers behind them(escutcheons I think). He did leave the windows and the door handles . Thanks in advance if I didn't press my luck too much.

Re: 1971 4x4 blazer parts
I'll give you the armrest and window cranks no charge if you pay shipping. I think they will fit in a $10.35 flat rate box. That totals $75 and change. Hope that works for you. Sharpie

Dennis-
Would you have a decent e-brake intermediate cable? Mine is just about worn through where it goes thru the two hangers. Ray |

Re: 1971 4x4 blazer parts
Hi, I need the outer front bumper brackets for a 4X4. They mount through the middle of the front core support bracket on the frame and go to the outer portion of the bumper whereas the 2wd mounts behind them through the frame. I assume they are the same for trucks as blazers. If you have them a price shipped to 83833 would be great. Thanks!
