Re: US Forest Service Truck Build Thread
Funny thing is I was at that show and snapped a BUNCH of pics of this thing. I want to do this style paint on my truck, Project Larry, as well.
I love seeing trucks in person that I've seen online... or vise versa. Wish I could have talked with you. Make sure to bring it to Brigham City in September for the Peach Days show. I'll try to catch you then.

Re: US Forest Service Truck Build Thread
Nevermind... I found the site for it. I'd like to make it up, looks like a good show, but I also need to make some good progress on my panel truck... decisions.

Re: US Forest Service Truck Build Thread
So I posted my truck on ebay because we want an old blazer or suburban to haul my new daughter to the car shows with us when I'm pinstriping but I'm already having sellers remorse! I don't really need to sell the truck to get something else but I don't really need two hot rods either...what the heck should I do??? I could still take it off ebay before there are bids on it but I am torn about it and having stress...has any of the other board buddies gone through this before?

Re: US Forest Service Truck Build Thread
I would say, keep the truck at least until after you get the blazer/burban done. This way you have something to roll in while you hunt/build the next one. I just did this with my '68 project. My "6 month" project is going on 1.5 years and still has a ways to go. I just bought a decent '65 driver that I can roll in until the '68 is on the road, then it will get its turn.
My .02 worth. BTW, nice truck!!!
