Thanks for all the compliments!

Im goin to pick up my seats today!

Re: Fresh out of the paint shop.....i finally did it!!!!!!!

Got to love them burbs, built 1 in my lifetime and that was enough for me!
Mine won 3 best interior award during the time I did the car show deal.
Lowes sale a 1/8 material for bathroom shower walls that makea hell of a nice headliner! It's textured so it looks like its meant to be just that a headliner. I also put insulation board behind it for sound deadning!
Sorry dont have any pic.s

Re: Fresh out of the paint shop.....i finally did it!!!!!!!

more of the new seats!

I had the upholstery guy round the tops of the 2nd and third row seats to match the original front bench! He did an awesome job, all three rows, new foams, new spring in the front bench, re-paint, and all the custom work- including the carpeted backing on the 2nd fold down seats so when they fold into the lowered section of the floor the seat backs will look like the carpet/floor ALL FOR ONLY $800.00

He is going to make custom matched door panels in the stock shapes to go with the resto-mod theme for another $350.00

just need carpet and headliner... then new wheels, and hopefully air bags.

Sweet DO IT! We need more 67-72 burbs on the road.... looks like you got the project bug and yup, after my last shortbed project... I did just that!(I got the bug bad!) but I found a burb that had lots done to it already... made the project/resto that much easier. burbs are soooooooooooo sick! Its hard not to get one that needs some love... they have sooo dang much potential.

I have only fit them for mock up so far.... they are from an 80s burb, actually it was a 90 iirc... once they are mounted perm. I will post pics and do a thread about the install. I think these are a better choice for seats than the newer burb's seats due to the similar shape, and newer technology.

pm me and I will give you his info.

Thanks,
Eric

It's like one big SF Giants theme ride......LOL!!!

One last thing - what upholstery shop did your seats????
