I always put first with the cash gets it. I will not hold a item even if someone offers me more than what the other guy thats coming sooner is because its never a sure thing.

In a case like this I like to think if you asked my kids what their old man would do, without hesitation they'd say " the right thing" Just like I'd say that for my old man, no doubt about it.
If the right thing for someone is shirking on a deal, they don't hold themselves to much of a standard. Seems to be a lot of that going around, guess there always has been in some parts.
