Re: Parting out 1965 c10
I see it has an after market radio, how about the speaker. I'm needing an OEM speaker and the hardware to mount it don't need the radio.

Re: Parting out 1965 c10
Any idea on the condition of the engine? Obviously it ran when wrecked but do you know how long it's been sitting? Will you include the accessory brackets (especially the a/c one)?
Interested in the engine and trans, and possibly the seat - what condition and price on that? I'll be home in a month, possible for you to store that long or maybe deliver to Gilbert? Thanks!

Re: Parting out 1965 c10
pics of the engine
@determined i ma keeping the pedal cage @ross i think the stock speaker is probably blown, i can check for sure if you want @desert if lt1burb doesnt want the engine you can have the engine, trans, and seat for $250 and i will deliver them to your place in gilbert no problem. the a/c bracket was a homemade one and was mangled. No idea on the condition of the engine other than the oil doesnt smell burned. @pdx i have one that has surface rust below the battery area, doesnt look like its bent or rusted through |

Re: Parting out 1965 c10
The speaker I would get reconed anyway, so if its good enough for that, I'm interested. I'm adding a radio to a truck that never had one so what I really need are the two speaker supports that screw in from the top of the dash. Give me a PM if we can get this done.

Re: Parting out 1965 c10
@lt1 I don't know how much the freight would be. Depends which company you use. I can be available for someone to pick it up.

Re: Parting out 1965 c10
The cheapest freight quote I could find is 700.00+ so I guess I will skip on it. If I was closer I would come and get it tomorrow!

Re: Parting out 1965 c10
If LT1 burb is passing, PM me for setting this up. We'll have cash on hand for you.
Won't be needing the seat now, going with buckets... just the engine/trans. Thanks!

Are you sure thats a 283? I thought they had a thinner harmonic balancer. That looks the same thickness as my 327.
