Cool, I kind of figured you got them from Lug nut king. I got the same bullet lugnuts from him about 3 years ago for my wheels. My rims are already powder coated and I dont think I want to mess up the paint by grinding them. I was hoping the one you got was a new style slip on fit. I also ordered extra lugnuts too and my spare tire on the side of my truck also has the bullets which are the different size.

Re: WHAT did you pick up for your truck today

I cut 1 1/2 coils from my extra set of front springs and installed them...WOW what a difference!! Some where on here I read to just block up the truck and to remove the lca u bolts with a floor jack under the arms to get the springs out/in. Instead of messing with the ball joints etc. That's definately the way to do it...45 minutes...Tops...and I was done with the spring swap. I have to cut the bump stops off yet, do I need to cut the bump stop stands off flush at the lca or just the rubber stop? I would imagine the whole thing needs to come out, but thought I would make sure.

I cut mine off flush. No sense in leaving them on, really.

Re: WHAT did you pick up for your truck today

New weather stripping, sill plates, cleaned up some rust on the roof. Scuff pad and comet worked good. You can see the diff in the pic. Some day that sunroof is going. Made an ashtray delete. A PO cut the dash up pretty bad for a stereo in the ashtray hole. I didn't want to replace the dash section so I made a delete plate from a couple of old ashtrays. Put a little paint on it and it will look pretty good
.

That delete plate looks awesome; just like it was that way from the factory. Well done!
