Truck probably saved your lives, think what would have happened if a new tin can took that kind of hit. A Volvo tried to take on my 59 in 77, I drove away with a scratched bumper, Volvo was totaled because the front end looked like your pickup, except the front windshield popped out and the A pillar folded the door. I fought my ticket and won, they were speeding and a parked truck was blocking my view as I pulled out of the driveway. Insurance Co. eventually got them for fraud, drivers daddy was a doc that treated the passengers mysterious neck and back injuries, while she played college sports!

Glad everything worked out, funny enough it was a Volvo that hit us too. It was an XC90 and I gotta say that those things are pretty tough. I think the truck would have done better if it was a honda or something. Also I've got a NAPCO in the works, you might dig it. I'm not posting it until I get a bit more done on her.

G&R, nice work. I see the air crossmember is quite different. How's the install goin?

Re: The Kraken

One other note on the front suspension is that I moved the axle center line forward 1" to center the wheels in the opening.

Anyone who wants to tow, U-Haul has a hitch that by just drilling a few holes bolts on to the chassis and tucks the receiver just at the lower edge of the stock rear bumper.

Here's pics of front & rear suspension and U-Haul hitch

Re: The Kraken

Yep No Limit for this one. Rob and the crew are great to deal with and make an awesome riding and handling kit.

Eric I believe I'm using 5/32 (6 gauge ?). It's a bit thicker than 1/8. Dude Burb chassis looks sick.

How do you like the new cross member from the old style from No Limit?
