Re: 1986 w/ 295 miles

No doubt its a nice truck not worth what they want but guess we all can dream. I do question the mileage and the fact the parking indicator is broken but hey could have snapped had to say.

Story on it?
We purchased the truck from a Corvette collector in New York 5 years ago

My partner in the truck is a GM dealer and we had it in the showroom when the new style trucks came out in 07.

And then it just seemed like a good idea to keep it

Labor rates and parts costs are higher in Canada....the paint and stripes alone on my 80 Sport were 9000.00 ...and I started with a clean rust free original paint 2 owner truck.
If a low original mile unit was used as a regular vehicle I would agree you could have issues;we try and run the truck every few months and keep fresh fuel in it...so far we have been ok.
I also have a 76 Cosworth Vega with 300 original miles on it but the fuel system is apart ...the ethanol in todays fuel ate all the hoses.
