Re: '69s & '70s post your pics.
My '70, just traded a beat up Nissan pickup for it last night. 350/th350, rockers are only mostly there and some rust in the floors, pretty typical PNW farm truck. Daily driving it oughta motivate me to fix all the wiring/rust/lack of heat.

Re: '69s & '70s post your pics.
cool, i think i got ya sorta topped on trade deals, although yours is drivable, i just traded a mossberg 835 12 gauge for a 68 longbed in decent shape. guys nice trucks, i envy them, especially the ones with the cool patina, that custom flatbed and those of you who have shiny paint. pretty much i like all of them, great lookin trucks. who all has a/c trucks?

Re: '69s & '70s post your pics.
Drives, stops and runs better than the Nissuck did, the king cab was an upgrade from my rusted to death Baja (nothing like wondering just when your car is going to break in half) but the engine and trans were going, and a combination of my ex ol lady, Jim Beam and one-upmanship had done the body in. Only straight panel on that thing was the roof. Kid I got this C10 from didn't have the patience or knowledge to deal with this thing, only thing he knew was that it had a 350 and "it sounds wicked". I saved it from what would have been a short life as a firewood hauler.

Re: '69s & '70s post your pics.
Yup, has all of the original grille intact! The surround is in good shape except for one dent under the passenger side headlight. Planning to spend a bunch of time on cleaning up some little things over the long weekend.

Re: '69s & '70s post your pics.
That is gorgeous truck you have there. Is the 396 and 3 on the tree original, as I've never heard of a big block with 3 on the tree and wondering if GM made them that way.

Re: '69s & '70s post your pics.
My '69, Kind of a 'before' pic. 383 is out of it now being rebuilt and I'm waiting on wheels and lowering parts... but this picture reminds me I need to be looking for a rear bumper! Plan to be back on the road before Christmas

Re: '69s & '70s post your pics.
1970 GMC. Wheels are temporary. Last mod of the season was the 69 round chrome mirrors. Will have air ride and rally wheels (disc brake 5 lug conversion) done in the springtime. SPending the winter collecting all the parts. Also will have black factory lower molding installed next week and roof is getting painted white when I put the new windshield in next month. Truck is off the road now until springtime
