In the front I did a 3 inch drop spindle with a 2 inch dropped springs and out back I did a flip kit with a C notch. The wheels are 15x8 with Bf goodrich 255/60/15 all around.

That's funny. I was just reading this old thread that popped back up. That second Blazer, the blue and white one is my truck.

Here in Texas, for many years, everyone ran 275/60 on 8 inch rally wheels. I mean everyone from grandmas to rock stars. The real cool guys lowered them a few inches to fatten up the look. I tend to go lower to slam them, but Texas is rally wheel capital of the world.

I ran rallys for two days on my '84. Just couldn't get into it. Looks great on a round eye, but I'm not feelin' it on the '81+'s.

They were the mid 90's center caps held on by the black lug covers the screw on to the lugs. It had the 1/2 inch threaded conversion lugs that allow you to use the newer center caps and lug covers. The paint was nice but not perfect. It was original paint so it was as nice as original paint could be in 1978 . Assembly lines were not known for great paint quality back then but the truck drew good attention where ever I went.
It had 2.5 drop spindles and what was suppose to be. 1" drop springs in front but they were at least 2" springs. The rear was lowered 5" with 4" drop leafs and another 1" using a shackle.

It's all about tire size with rallies. The tires on yours seem a little narrow to really compliment the wheel.

I like a nice white lettered tire when running rallies. Although some trucks can pull it off with just black walls.

When running 15x8 inch stock truck rally wheels, with a 4.5" drop in the front, do the wheels rub the a arms? I'm shopping wheels and was curious if I would have to cut my lower a arms for clearance.
