Critterman passed on the rolling chassis ($175), so now you are 1st on it. Pic coming next on the firewall for "cdp" as per an earlier post. Not sure if that puts him first on the cab, we might be walking the thin line here. Please note that the steering column and box are committed to a CL buyer from awhile back. Also, still have not pulled the motor/trans. Need to line up some help. Will keep everyone informed pending responses. Thanks David

I will pass on the mirrors any info on the Drip rail molding yet I think I am second inline for those as well also interested in door edge guards.

See post #1, #2 and #49 about the drip molding and door edges. Send a check if you are good on the door edges. I think I sent you my address already
Thanks

Re: Parting 71 gmc lb

Hey David, you may want to consider putting a time limit on some of this stuff. If the cab gets passed on, you have an oppourtunuity to sell it, the frame, and possibly the engine as a package to the next in line. A 350 block has more value to the guy who wants the frame and cab (numbers still match and they get the title with the cab) than it does to anyone else. 350 engines (that need rebuilding) are a dime a dozen and youd be surprised how many are sitting under a garage workshop table. In addition, it saves you alot of labor pulling parts that you dont need to. We dont do "auction" style buying on here, but you dont like waiting a week for someone to say "I'll pass on it" before youre next in line. Once you get a definite "I'll take it", the amount of time it takes to get you paid is between you and the buyer. At that point, the second in line knows that its gone and they can look elsewhere. Im sure there are some that disagree with me, but its just my 2 pennies.

Re: Parting 71 gmc lb

Ron, I appreciate the quality input. Didn't know about the "numbers matching" point.

But, CDP is now firm about the cab (he expressed interest in posts prior to VA72C10) That puts VA72C10 1st on the rolling chassis, by itself, if he wants it. I am working out the details w/ CDP on the cab and will update when the chassis is ready.

Ron, (va72longhorn) Kelly has passed on the paint divider and the antenna. You are now 1st on both.

DeputyDan - Kelly has passed on the used moldings. I will figure shipping to 65101 and let you know.

Re: Parting 71 gmc lb

Gentlemen.....CDP is now firm on the cab, together with all wiring harnesses and also motor A/C brackets w/ balancer pulley for a total of $600. He is scheduled to make the trip on March 10th.

ALSO, NOTE TO EVERYONE, as I understand it, prior to joining this site, 24 hours is ample time to respond to be firm on an item. So if you don't respond to my post or PM within 24 hours of your question or request for shipped price then the item will pass to the next in line. It's gettin' a bit crazy to keep my ducks in a row here...THANKS GENTLEMEN

Keep me updated on the rolling chassis. Once it's ready for me to pick up I'll arrange transport and come and pay.

Exhaust was dual pipes set-up w/ turbo mufflers that I did myself, but pretty rusted now. Was pretty nice back in the day. Anyway, no stock hangers or anything. PM me your email and I'll shoot a pic. or 2 your way. Otherwise, will keep updated on the frame after the cab goes. THANKS

Sorry, the steering went to a CL buyer (I should have said "entire steering" in post #53)

David, does the hood that Im getting from you have a hood pin? If not, I'll take the hood pin, plate, and bolts. Put me second in line on the radio, if it falls through.
