Re: A tribute to "Nate"
There used to be a couple old-timers around that did it, but not any more...

Re: A tribute to "Nate"
How did you tip your cab onto it's back without denting it? (referring to some of the earlier pics)

Re: A tribute to "Nate"
Thanks 68! I was never a fan of it either until I saw Nate's truck on the LMC catalog.
Crakarjax, It's takes 3 people to roll it on to it's back without damaging the lower cab corners. I wouldn't recommend trying it solo...

Re: A tribute to "Nate"
Thank you very much all! The yard is much easier than the truck! Got that fine trailer as a package deal with the 72 we just bought.

Can't wait to see the exhaust and specs on it. Not sure if you mentioned in the thread but are those boss wheels I guess?? 20's?

Re: A tribute to "Nate"
I can't wait to see it too!!! It was supposed to be done today, but they are keeping it overnight. They are putting 40 series Flowmasters, so it should sound pretty good. The wheels are Boss 338's, 8.5"x20 front and 10.5"x20 rear.

This is really nice project.! I too have always loved ole Nate's truck. You have knocked this build quick. Must be rough having access to a full body shop with booth...

Re: A tribute to "Nate"
Thank you all very much!! Progress has slowed up a bit over the last few weeks(been real busy at work), but hopefully we can kick it in gear and finish it up this month....then on to the 72!
