Dusty,

Did you junk the other tub? I need a patch panel for my cab and thought if you hadn't already sent it to the yard that I might be able to get it from you.

Re: First Gen. 4x4 Blazer Part-out - PHASE 1

Sorry, missed this one. I have 2 setrs of doors but not sure which ones I'm using yet. Will let you know what I have once I figure it out. And I have at least one K5 Blazer emblem. Don't think I have the other. No seat backs for sale. Not sure on the heat air flow selectors. Will have to look.

Hey Jeff. Yeah, the only thing I have left from my original tub is the firewall and windshield frame. The rest had so much Bondo and patch metal in it I didn't think it was worth salvaging.

What piece are you looking for specifically. I know a few local Blazer/Jimmy guys with the same trucks, and they have some spare parts.

I'm actually looking for the piece of the cowl that goes from behind the dash/speedo all the way to the drivers side kickpanel (all the way to the floor).

Mine is pretty rusty at the bottom. Here's a pic (not a great one though)…

I'm fine with the outer cowl. It's what's under that panel I'm looking for. There is a seam behind the dash. That piece of metal that runs behind the the dash and curves down towards the fresh air vent inside and ends at the kick panel. (kick panel and floor board connect together.

OK I made up a box for you. Do you need just the grille insert? Or also the turn signals in the center of the grille and the headlight bezels?

I'll have a radiator support that has a few rust holes in the bottom underneath the radiator. Will get you picks. And will have a shipping quote on the glove box door for you tomorrow.

Not yet. It's such a small part and I have to dig through piles of parts in my garage. Going to do it tonight. Will get back to you ASAP.

I know what you mean. I got rid of all my small piles of parts before we moved, it was terrible having to dig through them to find anything. Thanks for looking! Jeff.

Re: First Gen. 4x4 Blazer Part-out - PHASE 1

USPS won't ship it because it's too big. And UPS wants $200 to ship it across the country. I'm assuming that's out of the question, so…any other ideas?

Re: First Gen. 4x4 Blazer Part-out - PHASE 1

What do you need to know? I believe they're a 4" lift, but 100% sure. Also have another set of front and rear leaf lift springs with 2" shackle. That what you needed to know?
