Re: Lets see some red trucks

Here is my 83. It was originally a solid red truck. Not sure of the paint code, however it is a GM paint code, just a little brighter than the factory color.

Re: Lets see some red trucks

Sorry i missed this!
My truck was delivered in white and then painted black to sell better over here and i bought it because it blinded me!
My favorit color is red so i decided to get spanish red from ford europe!
It is not an original paint for american trucks.
They call it radiant red on the ford vans and utes!

So far a lot of beautiful reds. I think the Apple Red is OE red on a lot of our trucks. Now the spanish red is a new red for me. First time I heard of it. But a nice color.

Love that color that is pretty dank

Re: Lets see some red trucks

International Harvester Red! Painted myself! Well, every single thing you see I did myself!

When my (now late) uncle bought it brand new in 1977:

He gave it to me when I was 11 (albeit rusted out and non-running). This is the shape it was in when I was 16:

I am now 25 and this is what I've managed to make of it (The gooseneck is my current trailer):

4.10 gears, and a 355 power house I built in High School auto shop. Sitting in front of the sm465 creeper gear 4 speed and NP 205, both of which I overhauled as well. There isn't anything this truck won't do!
