ok i got the hood mocked up ( lost one of the nuts to bolt it to the hinges on the otherside of the hood renforcement) and i got the bumper mocked up (still have to fab up the better brackets) but now its time to aline the bed

somthings wrong with the bumper brackets i noticed in the picks it sits lower on the right then the left

haha i have them ...but this bumper i pulled off the 85 salvage burb next to it the brackets dont match up on my frome were still working on that

I think my truck might be made out of at least 3 diffrent year trucks cause i got a 69' grill but the tittle says 71' one fender is a lil diffrent the the other one i got a 80's/90's bench seat a 60's 350 haha

well guys i might end up gettin a 72 cheyanne super im gonna try and trade my 95' ram for it it sits at this auto shop down the road from my house its blue an white i like it looks all original even the paint what do yall think ?

What cobndition is your ram in? Dont get me wrong these trucks are great but man do they get an attitude sometimes. if thats you dd i would suggest to keep it unless you have another backup vehicle.

well i have my 70' it runs but i got the ram free and i really want a complete 67-72 chevy even if its just a donnor my 71 isnt complete id like to have 2 but if i get the cheyanne ill fix it to running state and use it as my DD an give the 71 to my step brother (by Force) i reall like the cheyanne super but even if it is not what it appears i will still keep it as for the dodge its a running single cab with the 5.2lt v8 in it its a 1500 half ton but we'll see how it goes

well i took all the bondo outta my bed side rails had a lot of holes im gonna weld them up here in the next week or so and i have a lot of mirror holes on both doors ...but i took the step rail off of the burb to use as a temp rear bumper so heres a few pics

I Got ALOT done today i got the Engine bay mostley finished the headers are mocked up at the moment but im almost done under the hood ,Then ill move to the Interior posting pics in a bit

Well Im back with the progress ...more of a down grade actually, See my problem is I have no idea what im gonna do to this truck plan wise but ive been gathering some parts. and im about to drag home a 72 k20 mainly for the chassis the truck up top is beat to hell with no title so I went in on this truck with my buddy whos a scrapper he's gonna take the top im gonna keep the chassis an engine. here are a few Current pics of my disaster of a truck haha.
ill be moving to tolar,Texas soon so not much progress on it until I make the move.
Hope people are still fallowing this build haha
