I can cut these wherever you want and ship via gray hound or LTL freight. I also have a gauge cluster and a full factory AC unit inside and out. Sorry for the delay on the prices. I had everything listed on local craigslist and was a little overwhelmed by responses. Items I have left are;
Gauge cluster - pretty clean, truck was not running when removed so I'm not sure of gauge function - $75 *********SOLD

Righ - is solid with no rust holes but has a dent in the front bottom - $75 *******SOLD
Left - Very solid and straight, looks like someone filled the custom trim holes with mud - $100

long fleet bed (disassembled) - $200
auto column (have custom steering wheel too but it's a little rough) - $100

Appears original, how do I tell. It's chrome but not perfect. I'll try to get some close up pictures.

The bed sides are in pretty good shape. I see no holes or even rusty spots other than some surface rust. The passenger side has a 6" square with some filler on it that has cracked but I don't feel there was much of a dent and definitely no hole. One of them has a dent on the top rail. The bed is all disassembled and you could have as much or as little as you want.
I'm not headed to Charlotte but I can get some shipping quotes for you.
