when I bought the truck, the previous owner said he had the AC running. He took out his engine and transmission but gave me all the other components to get the AC going again. He had a 383 (sbc 350)stroker in it. I installed a 03 vortec engine in mine, so I am going a different route as far as AC goes. Aside from the alternator (one wire style), I wouldn't really know if they are fully functional or not. Aside from them sitting in my garage's attic and collecting dust, the AC parts look in good condition. I got all the stuff. I have a question though. Do you have the A/C bracket in this picture? I took it from my friends car with an A/C system. I think I need it to install the compressor.
