Re: Bubba54's Build

Removed the Holley and all related parts.

Installed Fitech 30002

Installed a new gas tank, pump in tank with return line.
Not going to miss the loud holley blue pump. Can’t hear the one in the tank now. Starts right up and is very responsive.

Thanks Shawn

Re: Bubba54's Build

In addition, installed Qa1 coil overs all around. Took the truck to the truck scales and weighed truck total and then front and back weights. Front and back weight totals where 40 lb. lighter than the truck weight number. I guess not bad for a scale that is for tractor trailers. After, a couple of calls to QA1 and Jeggs, settled on 450 pound springs for the front and 175 for the rear. They had a real bad squeak until i shot some silicone oil at the top of the shock moint.

Anyway hears what it looks like so far.

Thanks Shawn

Re: Bubba54's Build

A lot has changed since your last post in 2013. Truck looks good. I also installed FiTech on my AD, real happy with it. Keep us updated...Jim

Re: Bubba54's Build

Thanks Jim, and Nice repair on the roadster. EFI works great, I used the idle adjustment you suggested, idle drops off immediately.

Thanks again Shawn
