Unfortunately it doesn't work that way. As stated in Post #45 the Octagon keys won't fit these lock sets. Sorry...

Nothing at this time. That would be the switch without the accessory position, the small, hard to find spacer and small bezel. There were a couple of '67 only spacers on the parts board a few days ago. The bezel should be available new from any parts vendor but the spacer is not reproduced. '67 used the "A" keyway with the small Octagon head key. I will let you know if I come across anything.
