budget $4000. plus i gotta pay $1000-$1300 for transport plus $500 for airfare so the cheaper the better i would perfer running and not to bad a body but i can make anything run just dont want no smoker or knocker

and perro13 just so you know the plan my lady and me wanna go with this one is leave it "as-is", i will just make sure every works cuz we will be using whatever burb we get to take on "off" road camping trips and since its a 60 i will put all the ac,ps,pb stuff i bought in plans for a 66 burb i will just "Pimp" out my 65 with it...

I paid $1150 going through a broker from California to Maryland. If you buy one call 267-709-0094. I don't remember the guys name but he is a owner operator that runs back and forth from Philadelphia area to California and back. I got a quote direct from him for another car in California and he was much cheaper because you don't have all the broker fees to pay.

thanks again, cuz i had bout 10 different mofos calling everyday sayin how the care bout the customer. dont get me wrong do ur thing but u care bout get the highest bid and making $250. im all bout saving thats how i but extra crap not spendin so much on one thing, well other then my truck hehe. thks again

marylands not too bad, its that darn western u.s. seems all the better ones are there and im here cant fly, check it out and buy and have it picked up at the drop of a hat, like if it were closer... i think i need to head out there and hobo around and find one and then ship.

That money spent on airfare and shipping will pay you back a hundred times, especially if you think your time and effort is worth anything. Patience has no rust.
