Re: Parting out 1973 Blazer

bnoon, rockers & boxes are already bought & paid for.

Trevor, they are just as solid as they look, it was a shame to cut up this body, couldn't get a buyer locally on the tub though.

Re: Parting out 1973 Blazer

Down to the frame now, just about every frame bracket in nice rust free shape.
Ask & I'll price, most brackets $20 ea EDIT Frame is scrapped, no brackets available.

Trevor, haven't forgot you either, I've been waiting for a big box for these babies, might end up making a little crate for them.

Re: Parting out 1973 Blazer

No!!!! I have hit up at least 6 people on here and every time seems like everybody scraps the stuff right before I find the post. Is the 74 a blazer? 2wd or 4wd? Am in a desperate search for 2wd rear axle front hangers. Thanks for the reply keep me in mind for the frame parts....

They were/are both 4x4 blazers, i'll keep an eye out, we part out a lot of trucks, right down to the bare frame.

PAPABEAR, I just scrapped a 73-74 2wd blazer frame 2 months ago, I would have cut them off for you, but it's gone. Good luck buddy. Trevor

Re: Parting out 1973 Blazer

Does the taligate have a single torque rod running underneath it. about 3' long x 1/2" with 90 degree bends at the two ends?

If so how much?

Re: Parting out 1973 Blazer

Engine and light harness in good shape? Was it for a V8 or straight 6? I badly need one to get a 1976 plow truck running that I swear must have been fixed by a 12 year old, not to defame 12 year olds.

I will need all of it, I think the fusible link on the cowl blew and they started adding wires rather than figuring it out.
