Re: broke a bolt off in intake on thermostat housing
Yeah I might just try to get another cylinder head....do I need to have them both redone, or just get another one for the driver side and slap it on??
I'm still battling over whether to do this or just get the crate engine. Or have my engine rebuilt. I'm really would like to get a crate engine, but because of my driveway and lack of space and where my truck is parked i'm kinda screwed.... This is really crappy....if I had more room at my house, I'd buy a hoist and yank my engine out, then rent a truck....have the crate engine delivered to my work where I have forklift and dock access....bring the engine home....hoist it out and into my garage...ect..... It's looking like my only choices for my situation are either just slap on another cylinder head and call it a day.....or have all the work done by a local shop....i'd have the truck towed to them as is.....then pay a giant bill......i'm already upside down on this truck as is considering it's resale value.....
