Here is my '72 GMC Custom Camper. she is a work in progress as I drive her to work when ever I can. A lot of replacing worn parts right now

The fenders of both look to have the "notch" or set back to accept the surround grill the same as the 69-72. The only difference I can see is the height of the hood.

Thanks! Unfortunately, I'm running into some issues with my paint guy. Its looking like I'm gonna have to take the truck to someone else. Im dying to see the orange go on there so I can start reassembly

Recent work:
cleaned up engine;
installed PS box;
installed PB booster and master;
installed alum wheel and pro ratchet shifter;
installed ece 4/6; and
swapped manual for th350.

This pic was taken last year. I drove it a ton, and with newfound reliable power I intend to drive it even more in 2015. This truck quickly became a favorite vehicle of mine.
