Re: Picked up a new toy this morning
I had a very nice 69 Charger before there were Duke boys. If this was a Charger I would up the ante, I'm afraid I will have to bow out to the civic owner, and it's not because he has guns, and I don't : )

Eraser, If you knew what is in my safe you would back away, get on your knees, and bow before me. try this for a chant. "Oh great Exalted one, how may I serve you?"

Re: Picked up a new toy this morning
Ok Leon. Now that I've taken of those guys lets get down to brass tacks. What say we meet in Sioux City next Saturday about noon time? I'd come visit you for the trade but Brownells is too close and I have a hard time resisting that place. They offered me an open line of credit if I sign over the title to the Civic. I really don't want to do that and cheat you out of the opportunity

Re: Picked up a new toy this morning
Nice score Leon! This is the ultimate muscle car dream for me and now my 7 year old son. I know were there is a 69 Super Bee tucked away in a garage and has been for many years. I want it in a bad way but I will not ask about it until I think I can afford it. It too was a 383 4 speed but was converted to auto. Many people don't know but I'm a hardcore closet Mopar guy. I could never afford to fix one up that's why I have GM stuff.
Edit: I'd maybe even trade my Olds plus some for yours.

I don't know CG? I think your panel is more interesting to him.
I think my wife would kill me if I got rid of the Cutlass. It would be worth it though.

Re: Picked up a new toy this morning
She has good taste, 58 Impalas are very cool. I definitely wouldn't trade something like that away.

Re: Picked up a new toy this morning
As you can tell I haven't checked on this thread for a while. Yes, I still have it and have been working on it from time to time. New wheel cylinders in the front, lowered the front of the car back down where it should be and took it to the alignment shop. The under dash wire loom had some issues so I am in the process of replacing it now. I have just been busy getting my '67 Chevy Panel Truck roadworthy so the Dodge has been neglected lately......
