fuel tank. Aluminum. Lengthened the sending unit to make it read a little more accurate.

Turbo flange. 1/2 inch bar stock. This turns the back of the turbo down, making it easier to install the exhaust, since I put the engine back so far.

I cut down some tubing to make it the proper size for the turbo flange. I used a 2x4 block of wood, kept cutting and checking the fitment- wood is cheaper than metal. Found the areas that need some material added, transferred the measurements to the metal tube and cut away. It fit just right on the first go around. Measure ten times, butcher some wood, cut the metal once...

I turned the turbo a bit. Pinch the clamp with a locking pliers and use a leverage tool to rotate the turbo.

I had a hard time tig welding the tube to the flange with mild steel rod (it would keep cracking the weld). I switched to silicon bronze rod and it glued it together just fine.

This was an intercooler that was laying around. I can't remember if was from the step van or not. More cutting and welding was required.

The 4BT Cummins never came with an AC option, so no brackets. Time to make some.

For the Air Conditioning system I went to Old Air Products. I will definitely use them in the future!
