It is chrome, includes brackets and lights. No dents but has a few small pits on drivers side but very nice bumper. $210 for complete with brackets and lights. I will post pictures shortly

No way I can go that low, the brackets are 2wd and I'm not sure if they are specific but I think they are. I have to stay $200 plus shipping as shipping would kill the deal
