Its actually the clamp that clamps the whole column to the firewall.

Its the part called a ring in the diagram. Its painted black and clamps the column to the firewall bracket.

Are the clevis and pins still on the ends of the parking brake cables on the 65?

Sorry the two rear parking brake cables. There should be two clevis and pins where they meet under the box near the cab. They pin onto a lever.

I think it's the same clamp. If you don't want to risk taking it , I'd be interested , as well as the clamp on the end of the parking brake cable inside the cab by the clevis in the picture.
