Man, that is one nice 3rd gen. Got to love a super rammed 383.
I used to hang out over at thirdgen.org a long time ago. Didn't have a 3rd gen, but I used to love reading about them. Everyone of the the guys there loved their cars as much as any of us love our trucks. Funny thing though. About every one of them thought it was a joke to have a lowered truck. Most of the jerks that was there then gave me a bad feeling toward 3rd gen owners at the time.

Wow lock, you built my car. That's pretty much the look I had in mind for our 84. I do plan to 2 tone it though. The top will stay black, so I don't have to paint around the windows, and the bottom will be ???
What size tire do you have squeezed under the rear? |

Thanks for the kind words everyone.
The tires are 275/40 17's on all 4 corners. I was real close to getting the 17x11 ZR1 wheels and stuffing 315's in the back but I didn't. I had just finished the paint and was scared to mess with rolling the fender lips under in order to get them to fit.
