Re: Favorite Candy
My favorite is whatever really sounds good at the moment, but I seem to stick to Snickers or a Midnight Bar as I really like dark chocolate, but you cannot beat See's Candy's Nuts and Chews.
Only problem is they aren't in the grocery store got to drive 20 mi. to the nearest See's so the Holidays are about the only time we see any of that. |

I opened it thinking I would be nibbling on a corner of a big old bar ....it was filled with 2 lbs of fun size bars. I still have a couple left.

Re: Favorite Candy
To be honest if candy and sweets disappeared from earth tomorrow I probably wouldn’t notice. Same with tv… But I admit I’m a weirdy…
That said, reeses peanut butter cups are the best, hands down.

In my house no candy is kept until candy season, Halloween through Easter. That's about 5 months of the year. I never got any Halloween candy. My son has been away since right after Thanksgiving. I had stocked up better than ever, 6 bags, on Reese's Christmas Bells. Got them soon as the candy came out because those always go so fast. I forgot about them when he left. They were hidden from him. I came across them so I asked for his address to send them to. He said he'd only be gone a few weeks, but he is still away and it's all here except maybe half of one bag. I forget they're here. Maybe I'll go have one now! I'm expecting him to head home within a week. This year for Valentines Day and Easter it will be Christmas Bells!!

Re: Favorite Candy
FROZEN kit kat bars with chocolate milk or ice water (for some reason I love chocolate with ice water?)
My other all time favorite is reeses pieces. Frozen Twix are probably a solid 3rd place for me. I'm not supposed to have large amounts of sugar/chocolate anymore, and soda is a definite no no, and we have a little guy in the house we'd like to start out right, so we no longer "keep" soda or candy in the house, except around the holidays.

Re: Favorite Candy
I was thinking today, since I hardly eat candy at all and am not really familiar with what is out there these days, my most accurate answer should be "chocolate". That goes beyond brand names and store-bought confections. Mizz Googenheimersteinowitzki could make me something fresh out of chocolate with no recipe tomorrow and it would be my favorite

Re: Favorite Candy
I just happened to have a Zero bar the other day. My wife picked up a handful of candies. She has more sweet teeth than me.
I cannot remember when I last had one. Over 40 years ago at least. It was alright but not like I remembered it being. I'm more of a Snickers, BabyRuth and Milkyway guy.
