I do still have this truck. I am eager to get rid of it. I bought a new Vette and would like to sell to help cover plates and insurance. I am local (well kinda - Elizabeth). I work in the Cherry Creek area, so if that makes things easier to meet if your interested. I will PM you with contact information.

Thanks Jason!

Not that it needs to be said yet again, but I will anyway. That's not a $5,000 truck in any way, shape, or form. I'd say it's about $2,000 worth of truck. You can find much better examples all day long for $5,000.

I'd run from that truck, i think i would look for a cleaner truck that would be good for a few more years before having major work to be done.

If I were looking to spend that kind of $$$ I would buy Charlie Coleman's truck, that one is way too steep.

Yeah I also agree. I paid $1600 for my '70, and it didnt have the rust that truck has. To pay 5k it would have to have very little rust, and a decent looking engine compartment.

Just try to calculate what you are going to have to do to it, to bring it up to your liking, and ask yourself if it will be worth the money you have in it!

Common sense I know, but a good way to look at it.

I agree that that's way too much for that truck! I paid 1500 for the truck in my avatar! It has way less rust it is 5 lug and has disc brakes. I could repair all my body work and paint my truck for the 5000 he wants!

I say haggle up to 2500. but that would be my top price, atleast that way if you just drive it then sell it when your 4x4 is done you got a good chance at getting your money back
