Glad you're OK

Same thing happened to me in Dallas years ago. Sunday morning on my way to NAS Dallas for naval reserve. I totaled out my BMW 320i and the large land yacht that caused me to hit the concrete barrier smacked his left rear quarter into the concrete, saw my car wrap up into a ball (like yours) and took off.

Glad to hear you're OK and that you're working on finding a replacement truck.

Glad you found one, I was getting on here to tell you I just heard about a running 63 for $450. I don't know anything else about it though.

67 402BB stout th350 3.08's with a locker. Plan on tubs 18.5's out back! (thanks Burnsman!)



71 SWB Stepside, was a 250, now is a 402 Big Block with 4 speed and 3.73's ( was crushed by a tree, bed sold, motor pulled) was my first truck!... oh well...

68 BURB 50TH LOOKALIKE work in progress, soon to have 250-I6 with a 3-speed on the tree 4.11's and posi ( currently sitting in back yard tarped awaiting time, $$$, and lots of love!)

Coudn't pass your post without saying glad you made it through that one in one piece and congrats on your replacement. Sorry to say the bone heads are everywhere and I must say if you weren't drivin that ironbutt 63 things coulda been worse. Have fun with your new ride, it is sweet!

Yes it would have been worse. Lucky the truck took one for the Home Team. My dad is picking up the new truck on Friday and driving it back to K.C, MO. I picking it up on Sunday to drive it back home.
