A lot has changed since page 34 of this thread when my truck was still mostly shiny. Here's a couple of recent shots with the new Blitz Black paint job completed.

I'm afraid I'm to old school. I never got beyond the 60's gasser look. If I had the money and enthusiasm for more improvements, I'd probably be inclined to raise the nose another inch to show off the fenderwell headers, add Firestone skinnies up front with Radir pie crust slicks out back, and something like this sticking through the hood!

I always use the "Manage Attachments" feature. Make sure the pic isn't too big. You may have to resize it. I use "Paint" to do that.

Good luck and welcome from Santa Fe, NM...

Re: How about some pics of 60-66 Trucks

My 65 was in dire need of an overhaul and much TLC. When I returned from my deployment I found the 283 replaced by a 350 and the body stripped to a sandblasted frame and cab. My wife handed me an envelope of money saying, "Here, I got it started, now you can't keep putting it off, make the beast live a new."

Just ordered my first batch of steel cab parts and am Craigslisting for a welder this whole week.

Btw, I LOVE my wife! haha!
