Next, here's a couple of trucks that made their way in and out of the driveway. The silver truck was a '70 I bought and ended up selling to a fellow going through school and this truck became his project vehicle. The red and white truck had so many issues it was parted out. Many parts of this truck are still making their way around the roads in Colorado! Finally, a '72 GMC I bought from a friend, then sold to another friend.

Guess I need to dig around in my files and find some more pictures!!

i haven't started a build thread yet... but this is mine. i got it last tuesday
it's a 1970 CST/10 - 350, edelbrock carb put on by PO, runs drives well, body work initally looked well done, but the body is pretty wrinkly the closer i got to it...

there was a fair amount of surface rust showing up, so i sanded it all off this weekend, and shot a coat of black primer on it, just to keep it from coming back.

found the wheels/tires on CL from a kid who had them on a suburban (99) and needed gas money. so i picked them up for less than the cost of 2 tires. i should be able to mount the rear wheels today, i had to order a spacer kit to keep them from rubbing against the bed.

this board has been a huge help so far. thanks for everything!

from what i can find, it's around 208 inches.

Here's a pic of my '72, the day I got it. Am in the process of putting it back together, just to get it out of the garage to make room. Baby on the way. Will have to go back and do it right later.

Attached Images __________________ don "The DRBMan" 2014 Audi A4 (The Wife's Daily Driver) 2017 HD Ultra (The Cruiser) 2003 HD Fatboy (The Ride) 2001 Chevy Suburban (Another back up!!) For the first time in forever, not a single 67-72 Chevy truck, Blazer, or Suburban on the property! Basically retired and getting the new Motorhome ready for some traveling. Doing a bit of work on the house getting it ready to sell! LOL!!
