Re: Project: Blank Slate
Im a new c10 owner, but have been getting LMC catalogs for years (dreaming). A lot of great trucks on those covers, but when I got the new one in it blew me away.

Haha... thanks John and Z!
Had a buddy (tcb-1) pick up a few extras so I can make sure I have enough on hand.

Re: Project: Blank Slate
Very nice job Nate! That's awesome! I now know 2 guys that have had their C10 on the cover of the LMC 67-72 catalog. I'm sure they changed those minor details to promote a few of the parts you can find in the catalog.

Thanks Ryan! Yeah.. no biggie on the minor changes, I'm just glad it looks like it does. I had feared "drastic" changes.

Re: Project: Blank Slate
No, drastic would be if they tried using a pic of a truck like mine right now. You'd need to photoshop it back together.

Re: Project: Blank Slate
While I haven't forgot about this thread, nor the truck, our lives have been filled with watching our little boy learn and grow over the past few months. Needless to say... as the pictures show, we have our hands full. (FYI - this is at the age of 8 months)

Re: Project: Blank Slate
And as for Halloween, my wife put together a costume for him as a Scare Crow. She put in a lot of time and received a ton of compliments for it, so I just have to show off what her efforts produced. She did an amazing job.
And we can't forget about our first... Just pondering the meaning of life....

Re: Project: Blank Slate
Uhmm.... Is this a chapter in the Dr.Spock book I've never heard of? It does appear he's perfecting his climbing skills so the play-pen is probably only limited confinement, but that cage seems a bit extreme.
The 'new' tough-love maybe?....
