Thanks French. Go Ducks! Thanks Dino! A little trip the the ER with an ulcer has been keeping me down recently. I'm felt good enough to roll it out and take some picks today before I cleaned the garage.

Re: Shrunken66Stroker's build thread.
ER!!!! I can just hear the $$$$ goiung down the toilet. Put a little 1" cut between my thumb and pointer finger, thought about just sewing it up myself but it had a lot of meat hanging out. Anyways 4500 later I was wishing I sewed it up myself. Hopefully your smarter then me and have insurance. Truck looks like it likes the sun. When you going to weld up that hood seam?

Re: Shrunken66Stroker's build thread.
Argh. Been too busy to work on it, but the weather's nice and I'm going to get back out there soon. My wife bought me a small hydraulic lift for Christmas and I haven't even gotten a chance to use it yet.
It will be back on the front burner soon. I promise. Quote:
There will be updates sooooon..I hope.

Re: Shrunken66Stroker's build thread.
Glad your getting better.
I welded my seam in the bed and hood. Check out Ronnie's bed on 198plus build. He just went back into his bed to smooth the seam out after using seam sealer.

Re: Shrunken66Stroker's build thread.
What!!!! Thats where I got the idea. Oh well I'm stuck with it because mines painted. I let you know when it cracks. Seemed like a lot of grinding anyways. I used JB weld on mine. It will never crack. haha

Re: Shrunken66Stroker's build thread.
I just got caught up on this build...
You have some awesome ideas, some are just too far outside my ability range either cost wise or skill wise, but wow! Cannot wait to see this one finished, (along with all the others I am currently tracking). You have a great build going on that all many others I am watching, just keeps getting better and better! Very inspirational! Cool to see I am not the only one that thinks something different or better could be done with the front bumper. I gots plans for mine too !! I am dialed in, keep it up man, you have built quite a following too

Re: Shrunken66Stroker's build thread.
Before this ends you'll have a 230/3spd and be asking where you can get hubcaps!! Looking great Greg; hope you're feeling better and getting on this thing. I would like to do more stuff to my '64 but the cab is too beat to make it worthwhile; that got me back to my original idea of just hotrod truck. Although on yours I would love to see suicide doors with all the other things you've done and are considering.

Killer stance man. It looks so clean with no vent windows. Any plans for one piece side glass?

Filler is a necessary evil. and a pain in the ass time sucker with all the sanding. Absolutely correct. I'm not going to use vent windows. I contacted a company called Onepiecewindows.com a while back and they didn't have a kit for 63-66 yet but he said it was in the works. Whether they have it when I'm ready for it or I have to work it out myself, there's only going to be one window per side.
