Any progress DJ?I' just went to cuss mode today ,my stinking retainers are hitting my new rockers and all were supposed to work together,there is not much quality in a lot of peoples products any more,heads are not built to specs,cuss,cuss,cuss dart

DJ what heads were you running on your 468? I have a 470 with 990's 14to1 it went 11.28 @119 with 1.71 60' spinning, it just seems like it needs a little more head!

I had a huge head for a 468 (BB3xtra's)
I bought them knowing I was going to build a bigger motor. I use to have bb2's on a 468 in my camaro and they worked great!

Thanks, I'm looking at the 325 afr's but dont know if i'm ready to bit the bullet yet. Would'nt happen to know where a decent set is at would you? You think the afr's will pick it up over the 990's

It won't be that bad! I have run some Orsca 6.0 and 7.0 but I'm hoping for some 5.0 and thats allot to ask of a stock suspended Chevy Truck.

Locally they run some 5.30 stuff and that should be achievable!

That is an awesome picture I had it as a screen saver years ago. That got me inspired to build one then I bought that very truck. Did you see my pass time video. The link is in my sig.

The newly plumbed intake is done and I'll get it back in a couple weeks.

I enjoyed watching your video. It's a little grainy but I'm pretty sure I could see daylight under your front tires probably about the time you were shifting gears. You sure surprised the 3 contestants. Way to go.

Here is the latest in the parts gathering. Its a Monte Smith plumbed and flowed Nitrous Works fogger on a Brodix intake that was ported to my match my Brodix BB3 xtra cylinder heads.
