Thanks this is what is replacing the 70, I was going to put a plow on it and sell the Burb but it is to nice to beat up so I will keep the 95 BBC Burb and abuse that plowing.

Looks good 8T9, I like the two tone treatment. It looks like you have taken good care of it.

Thanks. The 454 has not moved since I got this. My son and I are fixing a few items (it's been sitting--5000 miles in 7 years ) and I am going to flip it.

Re: How about some pics of 88-98 Part II

couple shots of a 92 GMC i did years ago, it had a cab cut through and 4 competition M/A Audio 12's, powered by 2- 1800 watt M/A Sub Amps, and 3 pairs of ARC Audio 6.5 seperates, and 4-4x6 ARC audio factory replacements powered by a 1200 watt M/A Audio 4 channel amp. at a competition in Tulsa a few years ago it hit 170DB! my ex wife got the computer that had all the good pics on it and of course i cant get them from her!! but it was crystal clean and VERY VERY LOUD!!

Thanks, It's a blue from a 1986 camaro, but I don't remember how they called it. By the way your truck looks really good too 1badgmc but personally I prefer 15 inch wheels I'd like to drop mine also but no money

Truck looks good. I like the green. 170db is not playing around. Did you do this on music or burp tones?

thanks, yeah the color was color matched to my sons sippee cup lidand the 170DB was on music i was afraid of damaging the subs with those burp tones, hit that mark at a Tulsa OK, car show with windows down, it was a sealed box so we played rock music not rap and were very impressed at the mark we hit, funny thing is we didnt even place!! it was my first competition and had i known more about the categories and classes we would have entered the sound quality class. the sound was incredible and crystal clear at extremely high volumes. i was stopped so many times in that truck by police, and always got off with a warning provided i give a demonstration!!! truck was a big attention getter, my favorite thing was pulling up next to people at stop lights that didnt have the respect to turn their systems down while waiting for green lights, and cranking mine and just completely shutting them down!!! ahhh, good times, good times!! i was able to find some pictures of the system after all, here it is;http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...&postcount=144

This is my 96 3500HD. 81,000. 7.4, NV4500. Silverado package. PW, PL, Tilt, Cruise, Nice Seat, And Carpet. Harder to find on a bigger truck. It will be a rollback. I've got a bed off an old Dodge to put on it.

Re: How about some pics of 88-98 Part II

I drove a GMC Wrecker that was equipped the same as your 3500 HD brand new in 96. That was a sweet truck and pulled like a mule. All the bells and whistles.

Re: How about some pics of 88-98 Part II

my father had a 90 or 91 k3500 wrecker. 454 PW pl tilt carpet etc. nice for the age. I really wanted that truck when he passed away but the wicked step mother sold everything off to line her pockets! at least she was nice enough to let me purchase my dads 92 k1500 before she traded it in on a brand new car.
