Re: Hazel the older Sister....
Got a dumb question...These "speedholes" or dimples you guys speak of....is it a "look" thing or do they have a purpose??

Re: Hazel the older Sister....
They can add support/rigidity to larger pieces of flat sheet metal & w/less material, there's less weight. On these trucks, it's usually just for the 'look'.

Re: Hazel the older Sister....
Hhmm.... There used to be a 'finished' gas filler in the bed floor & now I just see an empty hole. Care to elaborate on WTF happened there?

Re: Hazel the older Sister....
Very cool, I like the raised bed floor, I like the gas cap, and I really like the speedholes. Seeing all this nice progress makes me want to take another look at my truck.

Re: Hazel the older Sister....
gravity I used a flex additive in the paint......
I've had a jug of CLR sitting in the garage waiting for a year.......no clear coat, I'll just keep wiping it down to minimize the rust.

Re: Hazel the older Sister....
I went ahead and popped holes all the way around the bed, now I need to sand and paint behind them.
