Saw the pics of a cowl on facebook. Looks like it could have been yours.

Re: 68 aka "Chained in Porterbuilt Prison"
There and back plus metal and work....a little over 6 bills.....Was worth it for me since time really is money....when someone has better tools and a lot of talented help I will use them every time! Think about how perfect this piece really needs to be when looking across hood area...I had already spent 15 hrs on another one and it's NOT EVEN CLOSE to where i wanted it......I think Justin said "if it takes more than a tablespoon of filler I'll give you a refund".......At least that's what I THINK I heard!!..............lol........jim.........2 more pics

WOW! That's some awesome metal work. I wish I could do that. I'm worlds away from that kind of skill.

Re: 68 aka "Chained in Porterbuilt Prison"
Oh boy isn't this fun.....sure would be nice if a Greyhound bus showed up with some guys from Arkansas and Missouri to help sand!!!...........it's coming just slow.....My "master mixer" Missy just poured my chassis paint I call platinum or brushed stainless......I'm one of those who doesn't like chassis parts different colors so this one will be mostly one color............more in a week.....jim

Hey Jim, due to the snow and ice in my part of Missouri, the buses weren't running. Man that's one nice size shop you got there...Jim

Re: 68 aka "Chained in Porterbuilt Prison"
Coming along nicely! You're doing this in your garage?
Just for info, what are the advantages to body working & painting a suspension vs powder coating it?

Re: 68 aka "Chained in Porterbuilt Prison"
Yep the visquine walls roll up and tie at ceiling..the one on the floor i replace as needed...this is the 6 mil stuff for under slab use...works perfect...half paint booth and still working in other half...roll up walls and back to full shop.....when u powder coat u can't cover any grinding marks...in other words no fillers.....I choose to slick mine and paint....just my preference .....and i like powdercoating as well.......jim
